#sundaysinthestudio working on this little mini and thinking of the rainy season starting in Zimbabwe at this time year, almost to the day, and what joy it brings to the African flora and fauna. #craigboneartist #bonefineart #minishow#wildlife #smallartbuisness
A waterhole visited on a dry and dusty summer day by a small herd of elephants, with a herd of zebra waiting their turn behind. A beautiful blue sky contrasting the dust stirred up by the elephants movement.

This interview was done thirty years ago. The sentiment is still the same. I still paint wildlife thirty years on, and still love the wildlife and the environment just as much as when I was a younger man. Now I have a grown family and grandchildren and I am proud to have done what I can for wildlife conservation and will continue to do do.
I have been very fortunate in my life to have lived in Africa for over 50 years. Growing up with access to the wildlife that inspires my life’s work and enjoying so much the freedom to be out in the bush for most of my time is something many people only dream of. #craigboneartist #wildlifeartist #elephantcharge
